Terms and Conditions

Legal Use Notice

The terms and conditions shown below are licensed material that we have legally purchased for use in our business. You are prohibited from copying, pasting, duplicating, or using this content as-is in your business. Doing so may result in legal consequences from the parties who hold the original license.

Scheduling

Appointment scheduling can be requested via online submission or phone. We will do our best to determine the best time of day in regards to weather; however, ensuring favorable conditions at the scheduled time is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Apalo Media, LLC reserves the right to change, modify, or move your appointment based on logistics in order to best serve our large network of clients. We will give you proper notice in the form of a phone call, text, and email in the instance this does happen.

Travel and Parking Charges

Our intention is not to charge for mileage as we do not believe in nickel-and-diming our clients. However, once an appointment reaches 100 miles of round-trip travel, we will begin to charge $1.00 per mile in addition to the appointment total. Travel is calculated from where our team members are coming from, whether that be their own place of residence or the office in Vancouver WA.
If we must pay for parking, our team members will always seek the most inexpensive option. Clients will be billed directly for any parking charges associated with the project.

Investment

All investments must be paid in full to confirm on the calendar. In the event a shoot needs to be canceled altogether, the credit will remain on file for one year.

Rescheduling / Cancellation

There is a $100 cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice. No-show appointments are also subject to a $100 cancellation fee. A “no-show” is considered 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time.

Filming / Photography

Full creative liberty is maintained in choosing compositions, rooms captured, and the number of photos per room unless otherwise requested in advance. Additional photos or angle changes require a second visit and will be billed accordingly.

Liability

Drone operators are licensed with the FAA. Service may be refused if conditions are deemed unsafe due to weather, proximity to airports, or other safety concerns.

Property Readiness

Properties must be shoot-ready upon arrival. This includes lights on, decluttering, removing vehicles, etc. Properties are shot as-is. Team members are not responsible for staging, cleaning, or securing the property after the shoot.

Return Charges

If a reshoot is required due to property readiness issues, décor changes, or requests beyond original scope, a $150 return fee may be applied.

Asset Delivery

Photography is delivered within 24 hours, real estate videos within 7 days, and other content media within 14 days via delivery link.

Refunds

No refunds. All sales are final. Paid appointments are eligible for credit toward future use.

Photography Revisions

Standard editing is included. Advanced Photoshop work is billed at $10 per photo.

Asset Rights and License

All media remains the property of the company. Clients receive a single-use license for marketing the subject property only. Media may not be altered, resold, or transferred without written permission.

Media Usage

All media may be used for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

No Compensation for Promotional Use

No compensation or royalties are owed for promotional use.

Client Consent

Booking constitutes ongoing, perpetual, and irrevocable consent for media usage.

Video Revisions

Video revisions are not offered. The standard assumes trust in creative execution.

Agreement

By making payment, the client agrees to all terms outlined above. The company is not responsible for personal or property damages or injuries occurring onsite.
